Sign-up Instructions :
1. Online registration is preferred. Alternatively, you can fill out the hardcopy registration form available in the convention pamphlet.Get at copy of the pamphlet here.
2. Registration is only valid when you deposit your payment within 5 working days; or else you would need to register again.

5. You may do the same for your registration form if you have not registered online. Also send us a copy of your Student ID if you are registering for a student rate.
6. Wait for an email/SMS Confirming Your Participation within 5 days from the date you send your proof of payment. Communicate with us if you have failed to receive any response within the given time frame.
7. Do bring along your proof of payment (together with your Student ID if you have registered for a Student Rate) to the convention for counter verification.
